Pottu kadalai Chutney


Shredded Coconut - 1 cup
Udacha (Pottu) Kadalai - 1/2 cup
Green Chilly - 3 to 4
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Urad Dhal - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste

Preparation Method:

1) Grind shredded coconut, kadalai, green chillies, salt & water into a fine paste.

2) For seasoning heat oil add mustard seeds after they crackle add  urad dhal, fry till color changes and add coriander leaves.

3) Add the seasoning to the grinded paste to serve.
