Ingredients:
1 - Onion
1 - Tomato
250 g - Mushroom(Slice into small/medium pieces)
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp - Mustard Seeds
1/4 tsp - Cumin Seeds
2 tsp - Pepper Powder
2 tsp - Oil
Salt to taste
Preparation Method:
1) Heat Oil in a pan, add Mustard seeds & Cumin seeds till they crackle.
2) Add chopped Onions, Tomato's and Turmeric Powder fry it till they are translucent and oil is losing out from the sides of masala.
3) Add sliced mushroom and salt.
Add Water as needed , close the pan and
leave it for 10 - 15 mins.
4) After Mushroom is cooked well add pepper powder and mix it well and leave it for 2 mins.(For more spicy add 1 more spoon of pepper)
5) Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
