Kadai Paneer

Ingredients:
1 - Green Bell pepper
1 - Red Bell pepper
1 - Onion
3 - Tomatos
1/2 lb - Paneer
2 - Green Chilli
Small piece of Ginger
6 tsp - Oil
1 tsp - Cumin Seeds
1/4 tsp - Asafetida Powder
1 1/2 tsp - Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp - Chilli Powder
1/4 cup - Chopped Methi Leaves or 2 tsp - Dry Methi Powder
Salt to taste

Preparation Method:
1) Slice Bell pepper,Onion & Paneer into medium strips.

2) Grind tomato, green chillis & ginger into fine paste.

3) Heat 3 tsp of oil in a pan.

4) Add Red & Green Bell peppers and fry it till raw smell goes out 
and then add onions, paneer cubes and mix well,frying for another 2-3 mins.


5) Heat 3 tsp oil and add cumin seeds, Asafetida Powder after they crackle add the grinded paste, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Chilli Powder, Methi Leaves and Salt.

6) Fry the mix till they are translucent and oil is losing out from the sides of masala.

7) Add fried bellpeppers, onions, panner and cup of water. Mix it well and cook for 2 - 3 mins.
