Ingredients:
Carrot - 2
Beans - 10 to 15
Shredded Coconut - 1/2 cup
Red Chilly - 2
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Urad Dhal & Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil
Preparation Method:
1) Cut carrots & beans into small pieces.
2) Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds after they crackle add red chillies & urad dhal fry till urad dhal color changes to golden brown.
3) Add chopped vegetables, salt, turmeric powder and 1/4 cup of water mix it well. Close the pan and leave it for 5 - 10 mins.
4) After vegetables cooked add shredded coconut and mix it well for 1 - 2 mins. Serve hot.
