Color Chapati/Rotis


Ingredients:

Wheat Flour - 3 cups
Spinach/Palak - 10 to 12 leaves
Tomato - 1
Oil
Salt to taste

Preparation Method:

1) Grind Spinach & Tomato separately with water to make fine paste.

2) For green layer mix the spinach paste with 1 cup of flour,salt,1 tsp of oil and knead the dough and roll out into a layer.

3) For red layer mix the tomato paste with 1 cup of flour ,salt,1 tsp of oil and knead the dough and roll out into a layer.

4) For white layer mix water with 1 cup of flour ,salt,1 tsp of oil and knead the dough and roll out into a layer.

5) Place the three layers on top of each another ,roll them and cut into pieces as shown.

6) Press and roll the cut  pieces into thin rotis. Preheat tawa over medium heat and place the rolled rotis and flip it over on to the tawa till color changes on the top.
