Medhu Vadai

Ingredients:

Urad Dhal - 1 cup
Onion - 1 small
Green Chilly - 3
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry

Preparation Method:

1) Soak the Urad Dhal for 3 hrs and grind the soaked dhal into fine paste. Chop onion & green chillies.

2) Add chopped onion, green chillies & salt in urad dhal paste and mix it well.

3) Heat oil in medium heat. Take lemon size paste and flatten it and make a hole in the center. Gently slide it from the side of the pan and fry it till golden brown.

Tip:
To avoid paste sticking in your hand, dip your hands in water before you slide the paste into the oil.
