Ingredients:
Maida / Wheat - 2 cup
Warm Water - 1/2 cup
Oil - 2 to 3 tsp
Salt to taste
Preparation Method:
1) Mix all the ingredients and knead it for 15 mins to make dough. To make dough softer , close and keep it aside for 1 hour.
2) Divide the dough into small balls.
3) Press and roll out each balls into a thin chapati.
4) Cook both sides of each chapati on tawa.
