Malli (Coriander) Chutney


Shredded Coconut - 3 tsp
Onion - 1
Green Chilly - 4
Garlic - 4
Coriander Leaves - 1 cup
Tamarind - small piece
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Urad Dhal - 1/2 tsp

Preparation Method:

1) Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion, green chillies & garlic saute till onion turns brown color.

2) Add coconut, coriander leaves & tamarind mix it and saute for 1 min.

3) After the mixture gets cooled grind it into a fine paste.

4) For seasoning heat oil add mustard seeds after they crackle add  urad dhal, fry till color changes and add coriander leaves.

5) Add the seasoning into grinded paste to serve.
