Ingredients:
Urad Dhal - 1 cup
Shredded Coconut - 1/4 cup
Black Pepper Corns - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Preparation Method:
1) Soak the Urad Dhal for 3 hrs and grind the soaked dhal into fine paste.
2) Add coconut, pepper corns and salt and mix it well.
3) Heat oil in medium heat and add grinded paste to it in the size of lemon. Fry till it turns golden brown.
4) Remove from oil and serve hot with fresh coconut chutney/sambar/tomato sauce.

Tips:
- Don't make paste thinner it absorbs more oil.
- Add 3 tsp of rice flour for more crispiness.
