Ingredients:
Seppan Kizhangu - 3
Onion - 1 small
Tomato - 1
Garlic - 5 Pieces
Tamarind - small lemon size
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Chilly & Coriander Powder - 2 tsp
Coriander Leaves
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
Fenugreek Seeds - 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil
Preparation Method:
1) Cut the Seppan Kizhangu, onion, tomato & garlic into small pieces. Mix tamarind in a 5 cups of water.
2) Smash the tomato's in the tamarind water add all masala powders and Seppan Kizhangu and mix it well.Cook till the Seppan Kizhangu boil & raw smell of masala goes out.
3) For seasoning heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds after they crackle add fenugreek seeds, garlic & chopped onions fry till the onions are cooked well and add chopped coriander leaves.
Tips:
Instead of seppan kizhangu use potato, brinjal, Drumstick, small onions.
