Gobi 65

Ingredients:
1 - small Cauliflower
3 tsp - Maida(All purpose flour)
2 tsp - Gram Flour
3 tsp - Corn Flour
1 tsp - Soy Sauce 
1/4 tsp - Red Color
1 tsp - Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp - Yogurt
1 tsp - Chilly Powder
1 tsp - Pepper Powder
Salt to taste
Oil for deep fry


Preparation Method:

1) Cut the cauliflower into small pieces.

2) Half-boil the cauliflower pieces and drain it well.

3) Make the batter by adding listed ingredients to small quantities of water and mixing it well.

4) Add boiled cauliflower to the batter and marinate for 20 - 30 mins.

5) Heat the oil and add the marinated cauliflower and deep fry it.

6) Garnish with Lemon Pieces, Onions and serve.
